And the other half is the Maracaturra from Juan Diego De La Cerda in Guatemala. \ \ Two wild and crazy coffees get together to bring you just the right amount of chill and zing.\ \ Plus small

• Perla Negra - Francisca Cubillo, Costa Rica\ \ Priced by add-ons\ \ Tastes like: Honeydew Melon, Mandarin Orange, Pineapple\ \ 12oz retail bag\ \ Perla Negra - Natural Process Single Varietal Microlot\ \ Francisca and Oscar wanted to do a second special micro-micro lot just for us. They were really happy with the results of their hybrid cultivar testing program and one of those, the Hybrid 17 stood out as the sweetest. Francisca knew that we prize sweetness she took only the highest Brix content cherries from from her special reserve lot in their most important farm Las Lajas (where the whole operation gets its name) and then processed it using the famed Perla Negra natural process.\ \ There is a very small amount of Hybrid 17 on Las Lajas and they made it all for Torque. They ended up with only 10 bags of this special micro-lot and we are so excited about this coffee! It's one of our favorite coffees we have had from Francisca and Las Lajas since we started working with them in 2009!\ \ Plus small

• BomBón - Jhon Vergara, Colombia\ \ Priced by add-ons\ \ BomBón is a Double Anaerobic processed coffee that undergoes two different anaerobic processing steps.\ \ Peñas Blancas Coffee Processing Center is led by Nestor Lasso and Jhon Vergara, two visionary coffee producers dedicated to revolutionizing post-harvest processing in Acevedo, Huila. Their goal was to create a centralized hub where small-scale farmers could access world-class processing techniques, ensuring consistency and quality that meets international specialty coffee standards.\ \ This coffee has the trump tariff tax added to the price. $19.40 is base price $19.79 is price with the tariff tax\ \ Plus small

• Aricha Adorsi - Faysel Yonnis, Ethiopia\ \ Priced by add-ons\ \ Another stunning microlot from Faysel Yonnis, but this time from Yirgacheffe. In the highlands of Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe, Gedeo zone, more than 800 smallholder families from around Aricha village bring their freshly harvested cherries to the Adorsi washing station, a project directed by Faysel Yonnis and his family. Here, precision and tradition meet: cherries are carefully floated in water to remove underripes, pulped on traditional disc pulpers, then left to ferment for at least 24 hours before a thorough washing. The coffees are dried slowly on raised beds for 10–12 days, allowing flavors to fully develop.\ \ Plus small

• Rotheca Decaf - Kirundu, Burundi\ \ Priced by add-ons\ \ Tastes like: Chocolate cherry, Black Currant, Apple Pie\ \ This a spectacular fruit dried (natural) coffee from the Rotheca Project in Burundi that was decaffeinated using the all natural Swiss Water Decaf process. Its long, slow raised bed drying process imbues the coffee with lots of sweet fruit notes, and the Swiss water decaf process leaves those intact.\ \ Plus small

• Maracaturra - Juan Diego De La Cerda, Guatemala\ \ Priced by add-ons\ \ Maracaturra is a hybrid of the giant Maragogype and the traditional Caturra varietal, and Juan Diego De La Cerda's Maracaturra from Finca El Socorro has won more top 3 Cup of Excellence awards than any other coffee from his farm. The varietal presents significant agronomic and processing challenges: it is susceptible to leaf rust and must be carefully monitored, yields remarkably low volumes, and the large seeds benefit from a slower, more gentle roast approach to evenly roast through the center. Grown at 1,850 MASL in Palencia's highland climate, this nano lot showcases the meticulous on-farm processing Juan Diego has refined since 1999, delivering complex flavors of tropical fruit, root beer, raisin bran, dates, and florals that justify its rarity and esteem.\ \ Plus small
